The short answer

After tips mature, they appear in your available balance. You request a payout when you are ready; funds are sent through a secure payout flow to your bank, debit card, or supported wallet.

Minimums and frequency

Platforms commonly set a minimum available balance per request and a monthly cap on requests. Plan cash flow accordingly.

Tax paperwork

U.S. recipients may need to provide tax information before payouts exceed reporting thresholds. That is separate from how guests pay you.

Common misconceptions

  • Payouts are not always automatic daily deposits — you often request them when you are ready and meet the minimum.

  • Available balance does not include tips still in the processing hold period.
