We estimate occupied room nights from participating rooms and occupancy, then divide by average stay length to approximate completed room stays. We apply your assumed share of stays producing a digital tip and your assumed average tip amount. Transaction fees are calculated using the displayed fee schedule (5% + $0.40) and deducted directly from tips. Cost for Hotel: $0.00. Your hotel is never billed or invoiced for these fees, and there is never a monthly subscription fee to run the program at your hotel.
This simplified model assumes at most one digital tip per completed stay. It does not estimate changes in cash tipping, additional employee income, repeat tips during a stay, taxes, refunds, or payroll outcomes. Actual transaction-level fee rounding may differ. Monthly scenarios do not account for seasonality or the timing of arrivals and departures.
